Over 900,000 Arizonans are experiencing food insecurity. That means one in eight adults and one in five children are currently food insecure. Under the guidance of Pinnacle Prevention, the convener of the Arizona Food Systems Network (AZFSN), we’ve begun to mobilize VL alumni to advocate for food policies that increase food access, security, and systems in the state.
